Compost

Instructions

If it's entirely paper, you can place the container and lid in the green, compost cart. If it's paper with a plastic lid or lid band, only the paper part can be composted. Separate the paper from the plastic band: the paper goes to the green cart and the plastic band to the gray cart (landfill).

If it's all plastic make sure it's empty and clean, then place the container and lid in the blue recycling cart.

Alternatives

Opt for an edible cone instead of a cup, or dine in if possible.
