Meat & Bones
You can put everything meat-related in the green cart. Make sure any plastic wrap, rubber bands, etc. are removed before putting it in the bin.
Eat less meat and more fruit and vegetables. Leafy greens, beans, legumes, and other meat alternatives are great sources of protein.
