Instructions
Used cooking oil or grease should be placed in a container and dropped-off at a S.A.F.E. Center. S.A.F.E. Centers are open weekends only. Residents must remain in their cars and wear face masks. Items need to be placed in an unlocked trunk for staff to access safely. Mobile Collection Events are postponed until further notice.

Facts
Never pour fats, oil, or grease down drains; it can solidify and cause sewer backups. Collect used cooking oil in paper, compostable container and place in the compost cart.
